Shipping & Dispatch Protocol

Production & Fulfillment To maintain strict quality control and eliminate excess waste, every Rude Habits piece is produced on demand specifically for your order. Upon order confirmation, please allow 2 to 5 business days for our facility to manufacture, inspect, and prepare your garments for dispatch. This production window is strictly required and is separate from the shipping transit time.

Transit Times & Tracking Once your pieces clear our quality assurance inspection, they are handed over to the carrier. You will receive an automated dispatch notification containing your secure tracking information.

  • Domestic: 3 to 7 business days following dispatch.

  • International: 10 to 20 business days following dispatch, heavily dependent on your local customs processing. Note: All provided transit windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Fragmented Shipments Due to the specialized production requirements of certain items, larger orders may be split and dispatched from different facilities. If your order requires fragmented shipping, you will receive distinct tracking codes for each individual package.

Address Integrity & Liability It is the client's absolute responsibility to provide flawlessly accurate shipping details at checkout. Rude Habits assumes zero liability for lost, misdelivered, or delayed packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address inputs. If a parcel is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address, the client assumes full financial responsibility for all reshipment costs.

International Customs & Duties Orders dispatched outside the origin country may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and localized processing fees upon arrival. These charges are strictly the responsibility of the receiving client. Rude Habits does not collect these fees at checkout, nor will we falsify customs declarations or lower declared values under any circumstances. If a package is abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, the order is considered forfeit and is non-refundable.
